Shelby Neubauer is a Holistic Hairstylist, Reiki Master, and the Maven of Sparrow. A life long Sonoma County local, she brings 30 years experience behind-the-chair.
In addition to her bespoke razor cuts and color, Shelby includes crystal combing, biodynamic scalp treatments and Reiki sessions for her clients. This is so she can help her clients foster their inner beauty by holding space for emotional wellness and intuitive energy work.
Since founding Sparow in 2016, she had a specific vision of creating a low toxin, inclusive space with luxe vibes.
She discovered early on that most professional haircare brands caused chemical sensitivities, and negatively affected her health. As a result, Sparrow only features organic haircare and low toxin color.

Natalie Dixon she/her

Natalie is a native of California who has been doing hair since 2007. She loves creating natural, low maintenance looks as well as creative, bold hairstyles. Her specialties include haircuts that accentuate the natural hair texture and styles that allow waves and curls to move freely. She excels at bright blondes and creating every other color of the rainbow. Helping bring people closer to their true self and innate beauty is what makes her happiest.
After becoming highly sensitive to traditional hair color, she began experimenting with ammonia free color lines and quickly became impressed with the achievability of these products. She primarily uses Original & Mineral color which allows for full coverage and brightness without sacrificing hair or health. Her love of holistic hair brought her to Sparrow, where she is always widening her knowledge of safe products and the beautiful possibilities that can be created with them. Jessica De Haven she/her

Jessica has been a hairstylist and barber for 19 years and has a life long passion to help others feel their best. She has had extensive training with Bumble and Bumble, Paul Mitchell, Toni and Guy, as well as Deva Curl. She excels in razor and pixie cuts, as well as functional color techniques that enhance the beautiful features nature has already given us.
Jessica has studied Holistic Health, is a Nutrition Coach and an Herbalist. She guides and customizes a variety of in depth programs to educate and support clients with issues such as gut health, stress and hormone balancing, food sensitivities related to leaky gut and autoimmune issues. This helps create true health and beauty from the inside out. Our skin and hair are an outward reflection of each person’s unique spirit, creativity, and overall health. Dulce Enriquez she/her

Dulce is Sonoma County born and raised and has been a liscenced cosmotologist since 2014. She specializes in hair cutting and loves doing color using organic and low-toxic products. She strives to be as up-to-date and as knowledgeable on hair styling as possible especially when it comes to thick, coarse and curly hair styling. As a Latina with dark coarse hair herself she understands that the experience of getting your hair done can be nerve wracking and she is committed to making it as comfortable as an experience as possible for her clients.
Being an inclusive stylists to all walks of life is a main priority to Dulce. Being able to provide a safe space for someone to express themselves through their hair is something she is very passionate about.
